How much do your Pupscale Events cost?

Our Pupscale event services start at $200. This includes a 2hour celebration in collaboration with trusted vendors and venues to create a safe, luxury event experience as unique as our clients.

How far in advance should we book?

To allow enough time to cater to your furbabes personality and needs, we recommend booking at least 3 weeks in advance.

How do I make a reservation?

Please send an inquiry through the contact page and we will respond within 48 business hours.

My Furbabe is anti-social, is your services a good fit for them?

Yes, we provide intimate experiences catered to our pals who love a party of one among humans.

My Furbabe is not people friendly, is your services a good fit for them?

We get it, some furbabes are super protective and only down for their pawrents. Unfortunately, we do not provide day of planning services for dogs that are not people friendly, however, for a fee of $100 we are happy to plan out the logistics of an experience leading up to the day for pawrents to execute on their own.

Do you only cater to dogs?

No, we’re happy to create a customized event catered to your purrfect companion.

What is your cancellation policy?

All deposits are non-refundable. To reschedule, we require 72 hours’ notice. After that, a $25 rescheduling fee will be charged.

How big of a party can you service?

Our Pupscale setups start at a party for one to up to 10 furiends.

How long is the service?

All Pupscale events are 2 hours long.  This is not inclusive to setup and breakdown time.

If you would like additional time, we can extend by an hour for a fee.

Do you travel within all the 5 NYC boroughs?

We currently service Brooklyn, Manhattan, and Queens. Upon request and availability, we can travel to your preferred location. A travel fee will be applied based on location.

What are your COVID-19 precautions?

Our services are limited to one Pupscale event per day for proper cleaning and sanitizing. All team members will wear face coverings for the duration of the event and during setup and breakdown. 

Do you accept in-person cash payment?

We accept electronic payment via Zelle, Paypal and Venmo. Physical cash or electronic payment on day of event will not be accepted.
